Anita Ortiz, Hot and Bothered Clothing
"I'm passionate about the environment and the effects we have on it. Supporting slow fashion is one way to lessen one's contribution to global warming, considering clothing takes hundreds of years to decompose, causing greenhouse gas emissions. If I can make a beautiful garment for a client out of something that could have been otherwise thrown into a landfill, I will take that."
